HMM logo of Pfam03211 consensus sequence. Hidden Markov Model analysis revealed the presence of Pfam03211 domain in all PL3 sequences. The Pfam03211 Pectate Lyase Family 3 domain is 96 amino acids long and is typically located closer to the amino terminus of pectate lyase proteins. Analysis was conducted using the EMBL-EBI Pfam server (http://pfam.xfam.org/), using HMMER (Schuster-Böckler et al. 2004)
